Rohan Akriti is a unique residential project focused on thoughtful design and the complete utilization of space. The buildings feature carefully planned layouts with no wasted corridors, unnecessary pillars, poorly designed corners, or unreachable cupboards. Each home stands as a testament to both aesthetic appeal and functional efficiency.
For the Phase II campaign, I chose to bring this idea to life using the visual mnemonic of the popular game Tetris, symbolizing precision, adaptability, and the satisfaction of perfectly fitting spaces.
