Rohan Upavan, despite being located in the heart of the city, is distinguished by its shared courtyard of lush fruit orchards. To bring this unique feature to life, I conceived a campaign that created, branded, and sold homemade jams, pickles, and juices made from the orchard’s produce. The initiative transformed the property’s natural asset into a tangible brand experience and contributed to the apartment complex selling out within a week.
